The Adam Clark Fitness Online Coaching Program was born out of the COVID-19 pandemic and has been a smashing success.
We have taken our brick and mortar environment and cloned it with an online format. Using mostly bodyweight as well as some weights and resistance bands, we work with you to provide you real, LIVE coaching in our group fitness classes. Our trainers coach you through every exercise and make sure you are doing it correctly. We hold you accountable with regular check-ins and challenges and most importantly, you will not lose that “community” feel with online training.
We offer several different exercise classes per week and if you can’t make it, we record them for you and save them in our online training library.
