One Thing, 30 Days, Make it Happen!

It’s almost December 1. It’s almost the start of the final month of 2020. Whew, right?


From my experience in the industry, I often hear well the holidays are here so I’m just going to do whatever and wait until January 1 to start again.


As members of Adam Clark Fitness, I know you guys are committed. You show it every day when you show up and give it your best.


With the holiday season upon us, it’s important to continue giving it your best and I want to challenge you.


  • Yes, there are going to be days when you don’t eat as well because of holiday parties (although that may be different this year).

  • Yes, maybe you have to move your workout schedule around or even cut it short because you are traveling (also might not be the case this year!).

  • Yes, you are going to be more tired sometimes because you stay out late at your work party (maybe a virtual party or maybe you’re working from home).


That doesn’t mean you give up. Instead, you adjust. To be successful, you must adapt.


My challenge for you is to commit to ONE THING over the next 30 days that is going to create momentum for the start of the new year. Don’t wait until January 1. Start now and create momentum and put 2020 in the rearview!
