Let’s keep this one short today. You have one task: SMILE.

Why smile?

Just try it.

Did you feel a little better?

That’s because studies show smiling increases mood-enhancing hormones and decreases stress hormones (yeah, I’m talking about cortisol). When you decrease that, you also lower blood pressure.

So, go smile today.

Smile at a stranger (a little hard with a mask on haha) but you could make someone’s day.

Maybe they need a pick-me-up.
