What do I need to do to get started?

How do I schedule my workouts?

We use an app called Zenplanner and you will get access to the app where you can schedule your sessions with the click of a button.

How often do you recommend I work out?

We understand you’re busy but health needs to be a priority. Most of our members work out three times per week and get great results (both physically and mentally!).

Each workout session lasts about 50 minutes.

What do I bring to the work out?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, a clean pair of sneakers you haven’t worn outside, water (we have refillable stations) and a smile and we will take care of the rest!

Yes, we have a single, private shower. We also have a single, separate changing room.

Do you offer group training sessions?

Monday-Friday we offer personal training. On Saturday mornings, we offer group sessions for our members. These sessions are included with membership and are more bodyweight/cardio-focused.
