We often talk about consistency, doing the little things right, and over time that leads to results.


It’s the truth.


Tomorrow is July 4th though!


It’s a day that’s generally filled with family, friends, BBQ, and sun (maybe some drinks too!).


You don’t need to watch what you eat tomorrow. If you don’t want to exercise and just want to hang out, that’s cool.


One day is not going to disrupt your progress.


Enjoy your day, enjoy the holiday and get back at it the next day!
